initiatives to ensure greater transparency and access in allocating spectrum for

order to achieve the goal of a 90% broadband adoption rate by 2020.</P>

broadband networks offer. And once community anchors are connected to gigabit
speeds, it will become less expensive and more practical to get the same speeds
to homes.</P>
