<div>They say there is nothing like free lunch. How about free dinner? Last Sunday the CSK invited and received 70 confirmations from Kenya business community to come to free dinner and meet the iCANN Board and other ICANN international delegates. Come the day and 70 international delegates (including the full ICANN Board and Chair) make it to the Hilton for the function but only 10 Kenyans show up! Does it mean some people do not believe in "free dinner" or is there simpy something peculiar about Kenyans?</div>
