Decided that we familialize the digital tv to local developers and areas we want new apps. Paul Kukubo is to arrange a seminar in two weeks where KBC would present the opportunities.<br><br>
Further ICT Board to start a local content drive in all fronts: education, entertainment, etc. I will strive to raise the necessary resources.<br><br>
