The last time I spoke to someone from KPLC he indicated that it costs them a third what other digger pays to lay their fiber. Just a hunch, I know this is your forte!<BR>

Kplc is not a game changer but offered extra fibre capacity to the telecom operators in line with national ICT policy . Safaricom is one of those interested to use the fibre <BR>
Note that kplc is not entering the telecom consumer market <BR>
