Day speech ordering for the digitization of Land Records & Judiciary within
the next 12 months. This will bring in efficiencies in the operations of these government
Ministries and reduce corruption. It will also result in growth and development
of the IT Enabled Services Sector enterprises in Kenya that will service
government. Lets hope his directive is implemented asap.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
