Dear all,<br><br>Could the current debate be one of the reasons for  inclusion of  Clause 83F, Kenya Communications (Amendment) Act, 2008?<br></td></tr></tbody></table></blockquote><div><br><br><font face="georgia,serif">The clause reads:<br>
