Pradesh. Villagers are<BR>given basic data entry training lasting 3 months and now Vijay is<BR>helping oversee a workforce of over 40,000. Already he has bagged<BR>lucrative contracts including working on digitising the library of<BR>Harvard University and being the official IT Solutions provider for the<BR>2010 FIFA World Cup. Vijay appears happy with progress so far and the<BR>trends. He mentiones a staff attrition rate of hardly 2%. This, he<BR>quips, is perhaps due to the fact that the workers are working in their<BR>home villages rather than the uncertain environments of large urban<BR>areas....
