I am shocked that my current bill reads I called Russia(Orange numbers 07700nnnnnn). The number was a local Orange number which has been charged as an international call. Who is the oversight to ensure consumers are not overcharged on local calls as international calls?</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></BLOCKQUOTE>
<DIV><BR>I did. And I called Zain to ask them about the calls to Russia. Their CS haven't responded to me to date and I have not paid my bill. I'm still wondering why Orange numbers are perceived to be calls to Russia and charged as Int'l calls.<BR> <BR></DIV>
