And the logic so far is as follows, which makes its even more interesting and since no one is mixing words, actually bordering on the egde of a conspiracy.... but I'll leave the strong words and chain of events for you all to figure out.</div>

<div>It seems the bone of contention is the local share holdings portion but seems from the emails there are other agendas involved, including justifying " nationalism".</div>

<div>So lets raise the questions, regarding the percentage of local ownership shareholdings in telco sector : </div>

<div>1) Why is this such a problem and to whom? </div>

<div>2) What lack of benefits will result from a 100% owned telcos and to whom?</div>

<div>3) What kenyas will suffer from the lack of ownership in such telcos?</div>

<div>4) Who are these kenyans who want to be part of the telcos and for some reason are going to be stopped ?</div>

<div>5) Where is the money coming from, for kenyans to own shares in the telco sectors? </div>

<div>In a nutshell, it is becoming clear that some are going to feel the pinch of a complete open market and will use tactics like corruption, name calling and etc to try and stop the messenger ( Bwana PS ) from implementing the necessary changes. </div>

<div>I short, I suspect there is something much much bigger going on here. I hope someone with an insight into this will open up the entire story and LAY IT BARE. </div>
