You know very well who the KICTANET staff are, you know very well where the KICTANET office is and you also know every single one of the relevant individual email addresses that such a request ought to be directed to.<br>
<br>Have you tried this and failed to receive a response? If so, please let me know and as Chairperson I will see to that you get a response. If not, then I strongly suggest that you follow what would be considered normal procedure in most organisations and contact the operations personnel directly.<br>

Trivial as it may appear to be, it may have the effect of curtailing<br>
list subscriber's active participation in online discussions - not<br>
only for misrepresentation but because the output document was never<br>
posted onlist or members alerted despite this being the source of its<br>
information. It's authors would have had an opportunity for immediate<br>
validation and corrections of their points of view, among other<br>
members' reactions.<br>

Could Edith Adera of IDRC( funders), Alice Munyua and John Walubengo<br>
(the authors) kindly explain.<br>
