Business Daily today (pg 10-11) makes a lot of sense. The valuations for Grand
Regency that are being bandied about by the politicos are completely off.<br>

Considering that the the Lonrho Group of hotels (5 different distinct units) -
consisting of The Norfolk, Mt Kenya Safari Club, The Ark, Aberdare Country Club
and Mara Safari Club - we *all* sold for a total of Kshs. 2billion. Getting 3.1
billion (or 2.9B after forex issues) is quite a steal for Grand Regency.<br>

We are clearly witnessing a witchhunt over here .... nevertheless with great
power comes great responsibility.... time will tell<br>
