Well, Businesses are always out to increase their market share by
making a good name (CSR), Civil Society is largely comprised of
ideologists whereas government has to manage the two by ensuring the
policies they develop jointly are adhered to, i think we need a system
of checks and balances to ensure that all players adhere to their
mandate, for instance the public procurement oversight authority
ensures that all government instituions adhere to procurement
regulations set for government we need an independent body to ensure
that all players adhere to their mandate, am not sure whether CCK is
supposed to do that.<br>
