If the article is true and managers in kictanet lists are looking for talent, well the skunkworks list seems to have skilled, passionate and talented people.<br><br>It is very likely true there is competition for talent. I've talked to the CEO of Meltwater Group (an international group of companies), and the former head
of IBM and they are very talent focused. Meltwater group has started an institution called MEST (Meltwater Enterprenueral School of Technology) in Ghana. They get talented guys in Ghana, train them and provide to them whatever they need (food, transport, monthly stipend, etc). What I saw there was excellent, and that's building the future!<br><br>What is Kenya waiting for?<br><br><p>
