<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">In April/ May, the government will commence a spirited campaign aimed at wooing investors and maintaining the existing ICT investors by tendering for bandwidth supply from companies.</P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Much of the bandwidth will be subsidized by the World Bank and will be provided to universities and Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) organizations. The exercise is expected to kick off in July this year.</P>
