<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Pursuant to the successful online discussion on Optic Fibre Cable(s), KICTANET has organised a face to face meeting on February 23, 2007. The meeting will be a follow-up to the online discussion and meant to facilitate discussions on areas that may not have been well covered in the online forum.</P>
