the ICT policy, there were several stakeholders workshops, with a major <U>one
week</U> workshop held in Mombasa. After this major workshop a team later went
to Mombasa again to draft and fine tune the ICT policy document, and
incorporating suggestions,amendments and inputs from stakeholders. This was one
of the most inclusive exercise, that I can recall.</FONT></DIV>

identify issues for discussion, the one day forum may not give media
stakehlders a chance to read the document that day, it will be assumed they
