can use this important opportunity to conduct some interviews with
stakeholders on governments' progress of e-government ICT initiatives in
the region, challenges and opportunities. This time I'd like to have the
list as far in advance as possible, so that I can estimate the level of
effort and not miss out on any important stakeholders. I plan to invite
the workshop participants to take part in the interviews and send out a
questionnaire in advance for them to review and complete if possible
prior to or during the workshop. Let me know if you'd like me to prepare
an evaluation form for the workshop which I will administer, analyze and
report back to you and CATIA. </font><br>
