[kictanet] More Incoming Connectivity But Future Policies Wars Will Be Lost?

Good day all,

The Big Internet companies are turning into ISPs. For most African
countries it will be a welcome infrastructure development but "arguments"
and "wars" on regulation policies for their other interests and
conglomerations like Social Media and General News will be fought from a
position of weakness.

I've also noticed a strange similarity in #African countries where
interconnectivity is relatively poor but so is trade even with AfCFTA that
increases the scope of trade to include services, IP rights and even
e-commerce.
