[kictanet] Kenya's Judiciary has started connecting 67 courts to the National Optic Fibre Backbone (NOFB)

Dear Kivuva,


This move is commendable. As the judiciary does all the efforts to ensure
it leverages on technology, I noticed that while the registries are now
digitized, the files and archiving systems are still manual.

I hope to see this archiving of court files move digital too.
