legislation to establish a stronger consumer protection agency is 
required? Possibly like is in Egypt[0]? There is an act[1]. As J.G. 
Mbugua indicated, there are several bodies working in this area[2][3]. 
However, it seems the effectiveness of these existing bodies could be 
improved[4][5].
