[kictanet] KIGF Call For Topics

Dear Listers,
I propose a topic on "*E-Learning Post Covid-19*". As we build back better,
we should reflect on how covid hampered education and how ICTs came through
to "save the day" as it also exposed a clear picture of inequalities on the
digital space ranging from digital literacy, access, affordability,
security, privacy, attitude just to mention but a few.

We can have a panel session with "E-Learning Directors" from higher
education, high school and a primary school so they can discuss the
challenges they experienced, the solutions they implemented and the way
forward. We can also have two learners, one from university and another
from a high school/primary school, so we can hear their side of the story
too.
