[kictanet] KONZA: The failed promise of Kenya’s smart city

I recently saw the ICT CS visit KONZA and there were works in progress.
Was there a target date set for completion by those who conceived the idea?
How close to or far from are we from that date?
I am sure Eng. Tanui has the answers.
