[kictanet] Why Kenya is NOT ready to deploy 5G technologies

Zambia through the Zambia Information and Communications Authority (ZICTA)
seems to have set aside frequencies to Airtel paving way for 5G deployment.
Seems Southern Africa is off the ramp and as usual we might have to play
catch up.
