Hangout among other things.

A lot of data from the Communication Authority spiced our thoughts that
indeed, at last technology is sipping into our far flung villages.

Come 2021, we are back to default settings for our learners, forget the
laptop project in this case.

What we are witnessing was captured in KiCTanet study that was conducted
in collaboration with the ICT Authority on the adoption and maturity levels
of ICTs within counties.

Their findings revealed that most are still grappling with adopting and/or
using ICTs to improve their governance and service delivery
