[kictanet] Mourning Dr. Fernando Wangila

This is so sad and death is cruel indeed. How can such a great mind just
leave us at such a critical moment when he was actively contributing to
solutions  to fight the effects of the pandemic.   May his soul rest in
eternal peace.  We condone with the family.
