Hi everyone,
I wanted to share an OP-ED that Ephraim and myself wrote and which was published in yesterday's edition of the Star newspaper looking at Kenya's recent content regulation proposal. Based on a comparative analysis of the UK Digital Economy Act (2017), we posit that a blanket block of websites is not an effective solution to the rising teen pregnancy cases in Kenya.
