Good morning. Find attached the draft Civil registration Regulations from the DPA 2019, and the schedule of Public participation meetings next week. Does this in a way herald the reintroduction of the Huduma Namba Bill 2019? Does it take cognizance of the judgment on the Huduma Namba cases filed by Nubian Rights Forum/activist Okiya Okoiti Omtata?
