This in my view is definitely not a wise decision from the Court of Appeal.
I hope the Communications Authority dropped the planned DMS, or have found
a better solution to counterfeit devices that doesn't violate privacy laws
or compromise user privacy. Also, that the CA can invite public
participation of stakeholders on their plans on tackling counterfeit
devices.
