Affordable Access everywhere has been one of my passions, with USF at the
center has been one of my favorite passions, so I would feel cheated if I
did not weigh in on this juicy debate.

>From previous CA responses, they have two priority areas; and not just the
schools.
1. Educational broadband, where 600 out of 896 secondary schools have been
connected. That means 296 schools are yet to be connecting in this phase.
This may mean many things which I will not attempt to guess. Probably there
is a next phase where more schools, hospitals, public areas, etc will be
connected.
2. USF voice infrastructure project where 3G voice and data was taken to 62
locations.  Another 129 locations will be connected in the next phase
