Interesting call from UK's senior scientific academy;
They foresee that machine-brain interfaces will evolve quickly within next
two decades and will go mainstream in medical applications around 2040.

The "iHuman" report highlights the importance of reasonable regulation in
the field and puts special pressure on ethical issues:
