[kictanet] Use of ID to log into the internet

Listers,
I have read a report in one of the local dailies that we will now need an
ID to log into the internet.
I thought the focus would be strengthening data and online user protection
laws and investing in cyber security/information security working groups
and civic education.
Now we are required to submit even more information so that we can be
safer!!!
