Each year, the Internet Society awards the Jonathan B. Postel Service Award
to an individual or an organization that has made outstanding contributions
in service to the data communications community.



The award committee places particular emphasis on candidates who have
supported and enabled others in addition to their own specific actions.



Nominations may be submitted by self-nomination or by a third party. The
deadline for nominations is *15 May 2019*.
