KICTANet is a Multi-Stakeholder Platform that works purely on a voluntary
basis. With passion for certain but wholly voluntary. What you bring out is
the classic conundrum platforms like ours face.

Having said that, and to reiterate what Grace said before we are happy for
listers to provide solutions that can resolve such issues.
