It appears that the ICT Ministry Data Protection Bill was read for the
first time in the National Assembly. See this story

I cannot find the published version of the Bill online but came across this
from the interwebs. If anyone comes across one that is authoritatively
published, please share.

Also please be on the lookout for the public participation from the
National Assembly ICT committee. Otherwise, let us prepare to give input.
