[kictanet] ​ law to start listing of Kenyans? DNA

Listers,

Would this be a similar system like the India's Aadhaar which is said to be
the world's largest biometric ID system? If so what lessons and drawbacks
could be learned?

Many issues would need to be addressed as a foundamental step, such include
privacy, ethics, security of the said system, complementarity with the
existing official databases e.t.c
