, Kenya between the 6th-11th March 2020 with the generous support of
Omidyar Network. Focusing on Tech policy in the 4th industrial revolution
to spur economic growth, we look forward to co-creating Africa's innovation
policy framework.

The festival entails a conference, academy and the global legal hackathon.
