John Gitau,
Fyi: By forwarding the message, you have given the crook a URL that was meant for you alone. Social Engineering 101.
Try triggering a new message from the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the broadcast emails you receive (hopefully it will generate a new token) before the crook clicks the URL (if they haven't done so already). This is just to show the prankster who's boss when they click. In case its too late, just subscribe back in.
Next time simply ignore and delete the message. Though now the hacker probably knows that you are vulnerable to Social Engineering e.g. Spear Phishing.. so educate yourself ASAP.
Admin can also check the IP (but probably spoofed or behind a proxy) so blocking probably won't be practical.
Have a good evening.Patrick.

email address, "jgitau at gmail.com" from the
kictanet at lists.kictanet.or.ke mailing list. To confirm that you want
to be removed from this mailing list, simply reply to this message,

Or include the following line -- and only the following line -- in a
message to kictanet-request at lists.kictanet.or.ke:

Note that simply sending a `reply' to this message should work from
most mail readers, since that usually leaves the Subject: line in the
right form (additional "Re:" text in the Subject: is okay).
If you do not wish to be removed from this list, please simply
disregard this message. If you think you are being maliciously
removed from the list, or have any other questions, send them to
kictanet-owner at lists.kictanet.or.ke.
