As per what I remember you can use the 2.4 or 5 GHz spectrum which is free. 
When I was working on the wireless technologies there was a technology by 
the name of LMDS (Local Multi point Distribution System). You can also look 
up for something equivalent. Maybe there are better technologies out there 
now for wireless.
