@Mark,

They were VSAT Engineers. I suppose they went to setup VSAT connectivity
for a client, not knowing that in Ethiopia, such is NOT allowed (is
illegal), because of the tight controls the govt has on Telecommunications.
That led to their incarceration, and the saga...
