[kictanet] Data Protection Bill 2018

The bill has just been published by government printers. Legislators
will go on recess for two weeks on Thursday next week. Therefore it is
likely to go through the first reading early July. However, the
document is now a public document and gives us time to input in
readiness for when the process is open for contributions.
