Just a quick feedback on county no 23:

Lodwar: 4G works. (surprisingly well)

Lorungum: about 45 clicks due west on your way to UG: 3G works. In between, spotty cell reception.

Katilu, almost a hundred clicks due south of Lodwar has zero network. patchy Edge signal.

Otherwise all good up here.
