[kictanet] TV signals turned off

Hang on. I am a bit confused. Are you saying that some decoders don't have access to these channels while others do? As I said, I am using a free to air decoder. It's a bit baffling.

It's on on your end because you are using Startimes. Otherwise those that rely on free to air platforms (signet & PANG) don't have access.
