there is need to identify ote there is a gap between legal practitioners,
police investigators, jury as far as cyber crime ins concerned. this far
evidenced in crime jurisdiction, chain of custody, crime scene management
and current laws.. how can one prove beyond reasonable doubt where a crime
have been done when data is encrypted,can non forensics person extract data
especially with limited knowledge on crypt o analysis and stenography, what
about if the crime was done through social engineering or the attacks was
done using zero day attacks.some crime are done in deep net or deep web .
there is need to recognize digital forensics who can help in bridging the
gap.
