[kictanet] President Kenyatta Reappoints Joe Mucheru to the ICT Ministry- Congratulations!

Am I the only one who could have done with new/ different thinking at ICT
Ministry?

Progressive economies are using ICT to solve their problems....
traffic/mass transport, computer based exams, promotion of data science/ AI
etc while here the Minister no less is looking to regulate ICT practice.
