Since the CA has decided to remain silent on this issue it is incumbent on
us to ensure that this report is read and understood before the 20th
meeting.
Please find attached the same.
I urge those who can find the time to please attend the meeting to ensure
that we are heard on this issue. This report is public information, paid
for by Kenyans taxes so I simply don't understand why the reluctance to
share it.
