[kictanet] facial recognition technology in policing

It's good we apply biometric authentication technology as first choice
security mechanism. These technology includes gait, finger print,
retina,iris,palm, handwriting don't lie, can't be copied, stolen or
duplicate. Equity bank,safaricom among others have started to appreciate
these technology
