Maybe its also good to consider that elections is one of those things where
technology is not the solution, but potential problem. It also leaves a
country vulnerable to foreign attacks.

Is it time to think of a Kenya School of Elections? To ensure some roles
have a pool of experts from which IEBC can hire at election time?
