[kictanet] KICTANet's new website: Call for comments

Hi George,

There are s number of things that haven't been finalized on the website,
like those links. They will be done. Your feedback is welcome, so that we
note down what listers have noticed for rectification, improvement.

On your question about WordPress, I am not sure you really need a response,
but obviously was the developer's choice of CMS.
