I think there are elements worth noting in all this discussion:

   1. Firstly, IBM are market leaders in AI. Watson is above all other AI
   products out there, if theres a niche IBM has apart from Blockchain its AI.
   2. There are other interest areas that IBM and other players are
   investing heavily to complement this: And thats IoT and Big Data / Data
   Warehousing and resulting Business Intelligence technologies.
   3. This will then be complemented by Platform as a Service businesses.

Interesting times, and AI will complement everything in the end. So you'd
find that a lot of technology being developed on aggressively will feed
into an AI workflow - so these technologies become the means to an AI end :D
