Christopher, we cannot make such a conclusion after reading just one news
article.

It's important organisations running critical infrastructure  evaluate
licensing models for products they use, and the risks involved. It's normal
for two parties to disagree, and stop trading with each other. But trying
to break apart  business models or cripple them is not in public interest.

Some measures have to be necessary and proposionate
